We are committed to offer the highest standards of professional service to all our clients. To assure you that your property is marketed to its fullest potential and to obtain the highest possible market value, the following will be completed:

  • Establish fair market value and position the property competitively
  • Prepare and sign listing contract, disclosures and any additional paperwork
  • Enter listing in Eleven County Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - A total of 1800 of REALTORS who have access to your property
  • Enter listing on the Internet:

  • Place "For Sale" sign and "Info Box" with fact sheets on the property
  • Place combination lock box on property
  • Place three-ring binder in property with all the information and disclosures that a REALTOR® needs to write purchase contract!
  • Schedule the office tour by the REALTOR® - office meeting and tour on Tuesdays
  • Mail "NOW SELLING" flyers to the neighborhood
  • Mail or E-mail fact sheets to potential buyers on our "bank of buyers" list
  • Place "Open House" ad in local paper, if desired
  • Hold "Open House" during the "Parade of Homes" (usually the third weekend of the month)
  • Report back to sellers the number of people in attendance & place in file
  • Arrange showings for other agents and fax "feedback" sheet to them
  • Periodically mail approximately 4000 printed flyers with pictures and ads of our properties currently for sale - in hopes of finding a buyer!
  • Advertise weekly in the "Real Estate for Sale", through the Fremont News Messenger
  • Advertise in the Fremont News Messenger & weekly in the various suburban newspapers on a rotation basis
  • Contact owners regularly with verbal progress reports and mail letters too
  • Periodically review marketing activities with owners
  • Negotiate the transaction with the other agent, if applicable
  • Finalize the sales contract and submit package to "Closing Coordinator"
  • "Closing Coordinator" to confirm all contingencies on sales contract have been completed and ready for closing
  • Pay no additional "REGULATORY TRANSACTION FEE"!
  • Mail "JUST SOLD" letters, introducing the new neighbors to the neighborhood!
  • Remember, you get twelve agents and three support staff all "FOR THE PRICE OF ONE AGENT!"
  • Offer assistance and keep in contact, after the sale, to create "RAVING FANS" and "CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE"!
